These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and URPhone Store ("we," "us," or "our") and apply to every repair, purchase, trade-in, and visit to our website or our Orlando locations. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a repair request, dropping off a device, purchasing a part, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
URPhone Store provides smartphone, tablet, and related electronics repair, replacement parts, and device buy-back / trade-in services at our MetroWest, SoDo, and International Drive locations in Orlando, Florida. Service availability may vary by location and device model.
- Repairs are subject to parts availability and a pre-repair diagnostic.
- We use quality-compatible replacement parts matched to your device.
- Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Any estimate provided before an in-store diagnostic is an approximation. Final pricing is confirmed after the device is evaluated and before work begins. You will be informed of any change to the agreed price before we proceed, and you may decline the repair at that point.
4. Repairs & Your Data
You are responsible for backing up your device before any repair. While we take reasonable care, we are not liable for loss of data, apps, or settings that may occur during diagnosis or repair.
- Remove or disable device locks and security features if requested, so we can test the repair.
- Devices not collected within 60 days of completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
- We will never access personal content beyond what is necessary to complete and test the repair.
5. Warranty
Eligible repairs carry a limited workmanship warranty covering the specific part replaced and the labor performed. The warranty does not cover new physical or liquid damage, software issues unrelated to the repair, or tampering after service. Warranty terms are provided with your repair receipt.
6. Sell & Trade-In
Offers for devices you sell or trade in are based on the model, condition, and functionality assessed at the time of evaluation. By accepting an offer you confirm you are the lawful owner of the device and have removed all accounts, locks, and personal data. See our Sell My Phone page for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, URPhone Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
8. Use of This Website
The content on this website is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
